Tussilago 2025
It has become a tradition on my blog to post about the first tussilago sightings each year. This year, I spotted the first blooming tussilago flowers in Tromsø just today. One was in the centre, another near the Jekta shopping centre. Let’s call it a herald of spring, even though real spring weather will probably still be weeks away.

Der erste Huflattich blühte hier in Südniedersachsen am 9.3. Dass der zeitliche Abstand zu Tromsø nur 3 Wochen beträgt, hätte ich nicht gedacht.

Ist ja auch sehr individuell, wann wer wo schaut. Da, wo regelmäßig Schnee geräumt wird, hat auch Tussilago eine Chance. Auch wenn Sturm und Regen die letzten Tage die Schneehöhe um so 30 cm verringert haben, haben wir immer noch 70–80 cm Schnee in Tromsø. Zumindest „oben“, also so auf 100 Meter.
